Project story

STESS: turning opportunity into lasting change.

The project Skills Training for Excellence for Secondary Students (STESS) aims to consolidate students’ roles, responsibilities and commitment towards the community. Students receive training sessions on communication, problem-solving and the practical skills required to deliver volunteer services.

In this project, Agric Connect uses Youth Ambassadors who facilitate discussions, share experiences, inspire each other and jointly try to find solutions for common issues they encounter.

Students learn how to make the best use of their strengths and talents to manage challenging situations and achieve academic excellence. The youth ambassadors offer the necessary support so that no one has to reinvent the wheel.
